Depending on the candidate and their skills, we are willing to hire at both the Director or Sr. Director level.
As a Director of GTM Operations at CS2, you'll lead the strategy, projects, builds, and value creation for 4-6 top-tier CS2 B2B tech clients (like Superhuman, Bloomenergy, Scale AI, Decagon, G2, Salesloft, etc)
You'll be the main point of contact for these clients, learn about their business to drive them toward outcomes, and lead strategic projects from start to finish, collaborating across our supporting teams.
This isn’t just a strategy and project management role. Everyone on our team is a builder. You’ll be hands-on in our clients' systems, supporting and deploying builds, owning the full lifecycle of each project/deployment, and you’ll be working hand in hand developing creative solutions with our specialist teams (SAs, Analytics, GTME, COps).
You’ll be AI-first in how you work, how you build, and how you think about GTM in 2026 and beyond. You’ll leverage AI tools, like Claude Code, to audit, build, and ship technical work faster. And you’ll help CS2 develop and further our expertise around AI use cases for our clients GTM motions across all AI maturity levels.
To be a good fit for this role, you’ll have already done much of the above in your current role (either at an individual company in-house or as a consultant/builder). You are the person on the team that people ask about how get systems to work and how to leverage AI. You’ve been in GTM ops for a while, so you know what foundational pieces need to be in place for companies to operate at a high level, and you’ve deployed AI solutions for your teams already.
When it comes to workstyle, we’re looking for someone that works hard, is fun to work with, and is intrinsically motivated, both to deliver great work and also to be seen as a leader defining how companies operationalize a modern GTM.
We are 100% remote and always have been. We work closely together daily (G-Suite, Notion, Slack, Zoom, ClickUp) and meet at least once a year for team meetups or off-sites in Sept/Oct.
