We are looking for a Sr. Salesforce Solutions Architect to work on client projects designed to help our B2B tech clients grow revenue without growing pains. The Sr. Salesforce Solutions Architect plays a pivotal role as a skilled Salesforce administrator proficient in automation (flows), sharing and security, reports and dashboards, system integrations, and data management. They provide support to our Solutions Architecture and Analytics team (SA/As), contributing expertise in reporting, audits, funnel metrics, opt-in and compliance, and project implementations.

We’re looking for a self-driven individual with a passion for helping our clients solve complex business and technology problems, all while being a steward of their systems and keeping an eye out for technical debt. 

The ideal candidate will have a variety of experience across a B2B tech stack including marketing automation (Marketo, Hubspot, Pardot), sales engagement (Outreach, SalesLoft, Groove), and Lead-to-Account Matching (LeanData), and marketing analytics (Bizible, Full Circle Insights). 

At CS2, we are 100% remote, however, we work closely together (G-Suite, Slack, Zoom, Notion, ClickUp) and meet yearly for team meetups or offsites. We have a strong culture of working hard when we are “on”, but also prioritizing and appreciating life outside of work.
