A brand new CS2: New team, new look, and a (not-so) new focus

We are so excited to kick off 2017 with a new website, new branding, additions to our team and a clear and resolute focus.

FOCUS

Over the last 19 months, since we started, we quickly established a full capacity client base and have been honored to partner with our clients over many months of growth and transformation in their own demand generation and marketing operations functions.

As a result of the business growing quickly, we adapted to the needs of our clients, which resulted in us taking on a broad range of work outside of our initial scope. Many agencies grow in this fashion and it can be a great path to follow, however starting in 2017 we decided to double down on our true areas of expertise. Demand Gen & Marketing Operations. This is where we truly provide an outstanding service to our clients.

Our mission is to be a gold standard and trusted “in-house” agency that works intimately with our clients over the long run. And, while we expect to grow in a considered way, we will always hold true to our core principles to be a small and agile team that is genuinely an extension of our client’s team. We are their expert on hand, focused on helping our clients achieve their objectives and not a large operationally inefficient agency.

GROWTH

To help us with this mission, we decided to continue growing the team and made our second full time hire. Our brand new team member, Christie Montague,  joins as our marketing operations specialist! Christie (not to be confused with Crissy) is a hyper-organized marketing machine who will be working with all of our clients, delivering campaign and operational support.

Lastly, a new CS2 also meant creating a new website with branding that really matches our vision and who we are. We were so lucky to work with San Francisco designer, Michelle Anderson, to delivered us a sophisticated new brand and logo and which you now see being used on our site. We plan to start sharing more of our own tips and tricks and thoughts on B2B marketing here in our blog so stay tuned!
